Last night's #Colorstudy #thumbnails for the HalfLight paintings. Fun to play with paint, after some time away. Trying really hard not to paint details! The focus here is on color relationships, familiarizing myself with my palette, and a bit of composition. Seeing things as abstract and simplified is also valuable in drawing, so it never hurts to practice that too. :) Of course, by light of day, I wanna fix so many things! But that's not the point.
